THE ROLE
As an engineering intern with our team, you will be at the forefront of innovation in carbon capture technology. The primary focus of your internship will be on the development, design, and testing of various cartridge designs for our carbon capture machines. Building upon our existing research and prototypes, you will be tasked with generating new ideas, designing innovative prototypes, and rigorously testing these prototypes using our in-house testing infrastructure. This hands-on project will provide you with valuable experience in sustainable technology development and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of carbon capture.
YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY
Development: Contributing to the ongoing development of carbon capture technology by proposing and implementing innovative cartridge designs.
Design: Using your creativity and engineering skills to design new prototypes that push the boundaries of efficiency and effectiveness in carbon capture.
Building: Translating your designs into physical prototypes through hands-on building and fabrication processes in our laboratory facilities.
Testing: Conducting comprehensive testing of your prototypes using our in-house testing infrastructure to evaluate performance, durability, and efficiency.
You have completed or are in the midst or at the end of a technical degree (electrical engineering, automation, mechanical engineering etc.)
You have two right hands, enjoy working in labs and like tinkering with electro-mechanical projects.
You enjoy cross-disciplinary challenges which require creative thinking.
You have an open-mind and enjoy working as part of a diverse, multi-cultural team
You are a good communicator and can write clear, concise technical documentation
You are proficient in English, both verbally and in written form
You own an EU passport and/or have the right to work in the Netherlands.
