Financial Analyst

JOB SUMMARY
The financial analyst plays a critical role in the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions within the organization. This position will work closely with the finance and accounting team to provide valuable insights and recommendations for informed decision making.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs in depth financial analysis to support decision making, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling.
- Collects, validates, and maintains financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Generate and distribute regular financial reports to key stakeholders.
- .Assist in the development and maintenance of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Analyze cost structures, pricing strategies, and cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability
- Evaluate for financial risks and recommend strategies for mitigation
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and tools to manipulate and analyze large datasets
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Participate in special projects and incentives as required
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Highly Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis or related field
- Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
