Slater’s 50/50 Riverside is looking for talented, hands-on front of house (FOH) Staff to assist with the pre-opening development and daily operations of its restaurant in Riverside, California. The award-winning casual concept restaurant features signature gourmet burgers, entrees, appetizers, and a large selection of draft beers on tap.

This destination restaurant includes over 16,000 Yelp! reviews across its other locations and has been featured on Zagat's Review, NBC Los Angeles and Business Insider.

FOH positions must be dynamic individuals that thrive in fast-paced, high energy, customer focused environments. Positions needed for immediate fill are bartenders, servers, door hosts/busser, bar-backs/busser and support staff. Experience is preferred for all positions and references will be verified.

Hosts/Busser/Expo must be 18 , friendly, outgoing, fun, reliable, and professional. Experience with customer service and cash handling is preferred, put orders together and delegate out the food quickly and efficient.

Essential Requirements:

• Adequate skills and experience to perform job duties
• Food handlers card
• Able to stand for 8 hours - walks and stands during entire shift.
• Able to communicate with team members
• Able to read and understand recipes
• Able to understand and follow all policies and procedures
• Able to lift and carry racks or stacks of dishes, glassware and other utensils, weighing up to 50 lbs., up to 50 times per shift.
• Able to lift and empty trashcans weighing up to 150 lbs., with assistance, up to five times per shift.
• Able to frequently bend, stoop, reach, push and lift.
• Able to work in a hot, damp environment.
• Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts from broken glass and metal cans, burns, slipping and tripping.
• Frequent washing of hands.
