- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies.

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met during their stay.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed.

- Operate hotel phone systems and handle incoming calls with proper phone etiquette.

- Previous experience in night audit or a similar role is preferred.
