Marketing and Promotions Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Promotions Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for crafting engaging marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and driving successful promotional strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media platforms, organizing events, and conducting market research. Additional responsibilities include overseeing fundraising initiatives, liaising with educational institutions for promotional partnerships, and boosting our nightlife offerings with exciting DJ and live music events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media, our website, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with our brand’s voice and objectives.
• Social Media and Digital Marketing: Manage social media profiles, schedule content, engage with followers, and oversee digital advertisements.
• Event Coordination: Organize and manage promotional events, including nightlife activities featuring DJs and live music, ensuring each event runs smoothly and meets organizational goals.
• Fundraising and Outreach: Coordinate fundraising efforts and develop relationships with schools and educational organizations to promote fundraising activities.
• Budget Management: Monitor the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and deliver maximum ROI.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to guide marketing strategies, assess competitor activities, and understand customer preferences.
• Vendor and Venue Relations: Manage relationships with external vendors, venues, and service providers to support event and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, promotions, or event management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events and promotions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.28 - $25.58 per hour

• 8 hour shift
