Sliger & Associates Inc. is a Port Orange, FL based land surveying and engineering services firm that has been family-owned and operated for more than 40 years. We are looking for drug free, experienced, hard-working individuals to join our team in the following part-time position: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST (WE ARE ONLY CONSIDERING LOCAL CANDIDATES)
This individual MUST have a MINIMUM 3-5 years experience as an administrative assistant and/or receptionist in a small business setting and must have a clean background check.
To be considered, you must have exceptional customer services skills (over the phone and in person), and enjoy working in an extremely fast-paced environment. This position is expected to assist 5 company executives, greet customers in person, handle a high volume of phone calls and must prioritize time very efficiently. You must have experience (preferably at a surveying, engineering or related industry firm) answering phones, filing, scanning, faxing, performing data entry and high knowledge of windows based computers including ALL Microsoft Office programs. You must be presentable and will be expected to interact with all co-workers and clients in a very professional manner.
