Job Description:

The Slime Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, team leadership, customer relations, and social media content. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of slime products.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.

- Manage a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

- Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

- Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize efficiency.

- Coordinate with the production team to ensure seamless integration between manufacturing and shipping.

- Handle any issues related to damaged or missing inventory.

- Use warehouse management software to track orders and inventory levels.

- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

- Answer customer emails and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Manage and oversee social media posts, including planning, recording, and posting short-form videos on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

- Ensure that all social media content is recorded and posted in a timely manner.

- Ensure timely restock and deliveries of Slimeatory products to maintain inventory levels and meet customer demand.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar role.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse management software.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.

- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.

- Experience in customer service and handling customer complaints is highly desirable.

- Experience in managing social media accounts and creating content, especially short-form videos, is highly desirable.
