What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Support Supervisor position at Smart Care Equipment Solutions?
The incumbent will manage all support functions for the group for which they are responsible. Responsible for supervising, coordinating and assigning work to field support staff. Hires, fires, trains, motivates, promotes, and disciplines personnel based on company policy. Leads implementation of service roll-outs and special projects. Establishes work priorities/maintains orderly work flow of administrative support specialists to provide the most effective and efficient service in accordance with established policies and procedures. Provides guidance and counsel to support staff.
Education/Work Experience:
Requires a Degree, plus minimum 2 years management experience, preferably in a project management organization. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, strong customer relations, and demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a cohesive team. Must be proficient in use of personal computer and relevant software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office), or equivalent.
Accountable for supervision of 3 to 5 administrative support positions.
