Currently seeking a skilled Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to provide support to field personnel and deliver best-in-class customer support for national and local clients. Candidates need experience/knowledge Dispatch/routing, possess excellent analytical and organizational skills, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate coffee equipment repair for national clients such as Franke, Schaerer, McDonalds, Dunkin, and more
- Monitor service calls and technicians for an assigned geographical region to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met
- Work hands-on with field supervisors to ensure service calls are dispatched properly and efficiently
- Provide support to field technicians and service agents - work order management, facilitate technical support, etc
- Communicate professionally with client management and store partners to ensure all service requirements are met
- Process customer service requests and inquiries via phone and email
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years' proven experience in a dispatch or service coordinator role is required
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, both independently and as a team
- Excellent verbal & written communication and professional customer service skills are a must
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Reliable, punctual, and maintain good attendance
- Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn new software platforms
