Overview:
We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for assisting customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers' inquiries
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure quality customer service
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Communicate effectively with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Assist customers in English as needed
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
Experience:
- P&C Insurance License required with proven experience in a customer service role
- Proficiency in data entry and Applied Management System a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers professionally
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
