What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant to CEO position at SMART Reviews?
Work Location: Lebanon, Ohio. Remote with variable in office requirements. Must be available from 6am-2pm EST.
Required Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, a strong comprehension of Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, outlook, etc.), clear and concise communication skills both written and verbal, ability to work in time sensitive conditions for extended durations.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Maintaining professional calendars, composing, and typing of routine correspondences, handling sensitive and extensive confidential information, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
