Job Description:
*Responsible for opening and closing new home community sales office and model homes
*Greet potential buyers, provide information, and answer questions regarding community
*Cultivate rapport with potential buyers and assist with their home-buying needs
*Hand out brochures, secure contact information for follow-up, etc.
*Assist on-site sales team with their day-to-day tasks

Job Requirements:
*Must have a valid CA Real Estate License and be willing to transfer your license to Smart Staffing Solutions upon employment
