The Service Technician position involves installing ignition interlock devices into vehicles, training clients on how to use the device in their car, and providing monthly servicing of their devices.*Only applicants who meet the minimum qualifications below will receive call backs for interviews.
Minimum Requirements:
* NO DUI’s, NO FELONIES!
* MUST pass a background check and drug test
*MUST have viable transportation to and from work
* Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Job Duties Include:
Installation and service of interlock devices and other products
Monthly calibration and monitoring checks
Assist in inventory management
Conduct training on the usage of our equipment the clients
Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and security of pertinent information and records.
Ability to communicate and work directly with the Department of Motor Vehicles
Requirements (preferred not required):
Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees
Customer service experience
Ability to think and work independently and problem solve
High level of professionalism
6-months of cash handling experience
Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
