MARKETING COORDINATOR
We are seeking a hard-working and enthusiastic marketing coordinator to join our team at Global IID. The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in all areas of marketing including market research, coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing market data, and executing on marketing strategy across several brands. This is an exciting role to learn all facets of marketing, both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for marketing and creativity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns
- Proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice
- Monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and create comprehensive marketing report
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure marketing competitiveness
- Coordinate product, event, or content marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, database management, and post campaign analysis
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive analysis, and market trends
- Oversee and maintain our online B2B marketing store for promotional items, uniforms, print materials, and other marketing collateral
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation and engagement
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, analytics, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading skills
- Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
- Basic graphic design skills to design in Canva and Photoshop
