What you'll be doing
Align ads strategy and product roadmap with consumer and advertiser needs, evolving market trends, and company's overall mission.
Define long-term roadmaps, appropriate product/business metrics, prioritize features and evangelize product launches to executives, product managers, sales, sales support, go-to-market team, and other stakeholders.
Develop a product roadmap and write functional product requirements in collaboration with the design, data science, and engineering teams, and other cross-functional partners. Support your team in understanding customer pain points and requirements and developing a plan to address them through roadmaps.
Manage the cycle of define, build, release, and measure end-to-end.
Motivate and encourage the team to deliver product and drive product to meet sales goals.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications
8 years of product management or equivalent experience, preferably within AdTech.
Proven experience working on large initiatives, across teams, and on highly cross-functional products
Strong understanding of digital advertising and consumer privacy best practices
Experience of navigating through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
Great attention to detail coupled with experience to see the bigger picture, prioritize competing needs and provide extreme clarity to your team and partners.
A compelling influencer with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be eligible to work in the US
Nice to have experience/skills
Technical degree (computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics or related field)
Proficiency in Japanese language is highly valued
Proven track record of building ML solutions that provide guidance and recommendations to advertisers
Experience with building 1st party ads products (search, native or display)
