Here’s the scoop:
As the Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of quota-carrying sales representatives and help drive revenue strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Lead your assigned sales team to quota achievement.
- Coordinate all professional development activities for assigned team members, including interviewing, hiring, monthly & annual reviews, tracking PTO, etc. Create and develop processes and best practices to improve team performance.
- Own and manage the team’s pipeline and forecast through strategic decision-making to ensure success.
- Monitor and track all requisite sales metrics for assigned team members: sales, pipeline, call-time, number of demos, etc.
- Coordinate administrative items to assist in the overall sales efforts, including email templates, sales promotions, etc.
- Monitor lead generation efforts (marketing, sales support, etc.) to ensure equal distribution of leads.
- Lead sales meetings as needed.
- In some cases, continue to carry and meet an annual personal sales quota in addition to the above leadership responsibilities.
- Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area. Proven work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5 years of experience in sales management/leadership, specifically with quota-carrying reps (SaaS experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team sales quotas.
- Experience creating processes and building structure
- High initiative and demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for impact in a startup environment.

- High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated.
