Smart source has a customer seeking a Support Technician for 2 month 100% onsite opportunity located in Bellevue WA. The hours will be Thursday-Tuesday 3PM-11PM. Our client requires all individuals to be COVID-19 Vaccinated as it is a healthcare facility. Responsibilities are as follows:
Employment type: contract
Rate: $25 per hour
- Deinstall computers/printers by removing peripherals (keyboard/video/mouse) and cables.
- Reinstall computers/printer in a different location within the same building, attach peripherals and power-on
- Troubleshoot users on their hardware and software issues
Qualifications:
- COVID-19 Vaccination required by our customer
- 3 years experience working in the IT Field
- Extensive hardware troubleshooting background on Desktops, Laptops and Printers
- Extensive Windows 10 Software troubleshooting background
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
