We are seeking a talented and experienced recruiting professional to join our Fort Worth location team. As a recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring field employees in the light industrial, automotive, and manufacturing industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and passionate recruiter with staffing agency experience to join our specialty light industrial staffing agency team.
Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a must.
- Minimum 2 years' verifiable experience in the staffing and recruiting industry.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online tools such as Google, Indeed, and Facebook.
- Strong proficiency with a staffing industry Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
Responsibilities:
1. Source, recruit, and hire field employees in the light industrial, automotive, and manufacturing industries.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding and processing their hiring requests.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
4. Compile reports from the database as assigned.
5. Review and update field employee records regularly.
6. Effectively communicate all relevant information to field employees and job applicants.
Additional Details:
- Shift: The working hours are from 5:30 am to 2:00 pm. The recruiter will be on-site at one of the warehouse locations until 8:00 am, and from 8:15 am until 2:00 pm, they will be in the office.
- Flexibility: Must be available to conduct check-ins at other client sites and assist with recruiting in the office for light industrial and skilled trades when needed.
