Marketing ManagerLOCATION:
Augusta, Georgia
The Marketing Manager performs various internal and external functions as they relate to the marketing efforts of SME CPAs. This position will need to understand all of the firm's service capabilities and be responsible for communicating these services to firm employees, clients, and other referral sources on a regular basis. All activities should reflect some flexibility depending on situation at hand and the amount of authority necessary. This position supports our Partners to create the overall marketing strategy and growth initiatives as well as assisting in coordinating the marketing activities of the Partners and other key employees.

Educating firm employees, clients, and referral sources on capabilities of the firmManagement of the firm's marketing plan, budget and calendarManagement and execution of client events to communicate all of the firms service capabilities to clients and other referral sourcesManagement of recruiting alongside HRPlanning and management of employee events and trainingManagement of printed firm collateral, website content management, newsletters, client surveys and social media platformsCoaching employees on personal marketing and periodic seminars to communicate firm service capabilities to all members within the firmCommunication of progress of marketing initiatives to PartnersOther activities related to marketing, recruiting, growth and business development may be needed.Manage the sales process including developing, qualifying, and closing of prospective clients.Conduct follow up calls and activities with prospective clients.Assist in the coordination and scheduling of prospect meetings for Partners and key employees.Represent SME professionally in all capacities and attending local Chamber of Commerce events, professional organization/industry related events.Serve on approved committees and boards to establish leadership and credibility.Hold weekly meetings with Partners and key employees to discuss opportunities and activities.Maintain a consistent firm image throughout all promotional and event material
