Duties:
- Manage and maintain medical records following HIPAA guidelines
- Coordinate patient appointments and assist with check-in procedures
- Utilize office systems Open Dental and NovoClinical for scheduling
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Handle front desk duties including answering phones and greeting patients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using office systems like Open Dental and NovoClinical
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
