We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Treatment Coordinator at Smile Haus Austin. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients as they navigate their treatment plans.
Position: Patient Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and coordinate individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for various treatments and procedures.
- Communicate treatment plans, options, and financial considerations to patients.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding treatments and procedures.
- Work closely with insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
- Provide support and guidance to patients throughout their treatment journey.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 year Dentrix experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare coordination or patient services role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment procedures.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
