Job Posting for Office Manager at SmileRight Kids Dentistry
Our fast growing, privately owned kids dentistry office in South College Station is looking for a kind and motivated applicant to join our team as an Office Manager. Our ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about working in a fun, welcoming environment for our patients and their families.
Daily Responsibilities and Duties include:
Provide daily operational oversight
Implement the strategic and operational goals of the organization
Perform insurance eligibility checks and verification
Answer phones, check patients in, and perform all necessary front office duties
Train and mentor team members to perform to the best of their ability and skill level
Select and screen the best qualified applicants and oversee their orientation to the office
Prepare and review key performance indicators with stakeholders monthly
Participate in designing staffing models to optimize clinical workflow including the development of work schedules and monitoring personnel to ensure that team members are performing their functions in compliance with policies and expectations
Monitor level of dental supplies and ensure ordering happens as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required
Previous experience in human resources or 2 years in a leadership role is strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Professionalism in all aspects of job
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and anticipation skills
Ability to quickly adjust and adapt to meet the needs of the practice
