What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services - Entry Level position at Smiley, Inc.?
The Entry Level Client Services Manager will be an integral part of our talented community outreach and client service team. The core functions of the Entry Level Client Services role will be providing direct client services and representation for our nonprofit partners, as well as providing on the ground support for our local fundraising events. The Entry Level Client Services Manager will be tasked with ensuring all of our client's standards are upheld and their core message and impact on the community are communicated directly to those they impact most.
Entry Level Client Services Manager Duties:
- Assist with community outreach efforts through hands-on sales and fundraising
- Provide fundraising and brand representation services to our non-profit clients
- Facilitate new donors and community support
- Attend daily team meetings where goals are discussed and contribute any additional thoughts or ideas to help achieve these goals
- Analyze success of each campaign and suggest potential improvements to our clients
- Perform other duties as assigned by client service manager

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
