Summary of the Position: The Customer Service Representative will be an integral part of our talented community outreach and customer service team. The core functions of the Customer Service Representative role will be providing direct customer services and representation for our non profit partners, as well as providing on the ground support for our local fundraising events.
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Assist the customer services team with community outreach and support efforts through hands-on fundraising
- Provide fundraising and representation services to our non-profit clients
- Facilitate new donors and community support
- Attend daily team meetings where goals are discussed and contribute any additional thoughts or ideas to help achieve these goals
- Analyze the success of each campaign and suggest potential improvements to our clients
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in multiple avenues (written and verbal)
- Ability to assume leadership responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated organizational skills, work planning, and forward-thinking
- Ability to adapt, accept, and promote changes while contributing to a team-centered environment
