Duties:
Leadership: Lead by example, inspiring our team to provide exceptional service with a smile.
Operations: Oversee day to day operations, ensuring smooth fueling and store activities.
Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric environment, addressing inquires and concerns promptly.
Inventory Management: Maintain proper stock levels and manage orders efficiently. Safety: Enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our customers and team.
Team Building: Recruit, train and motivate our talented team of associates, on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
Problem-Solving Abilites: Managers need to find solutions for unexpected challenges such as equipment malfunctions or security issues.
Organizational Skills: Must be able to multi-task, while maintaing smooth operations.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and maximize profitability. Monitor and achieve sales targets, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical aspects of gas station equipment, fuel pumps and point of sale systems.
Maintenance: Oversee facility maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
Requirements:
Background check
TABC and Food Handlers or Manager
- Proven experience as a Store Manager with strong references. Preferred 5 years or more experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude, passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Knowledge of POS systems, Fuel monitor systems, retail products, market trends, and competitors.
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
