Skills and Responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required
- Strong typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office/computer skills (file management, scanning, faxing)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with inside and outside stakeholders
- Ability to support, coordinate and assist other employees on diverse projects
- Knowledge of filing systems, records experience, or previous filing experience
- Ensure new information is added to files in a timely manner, create new records as necessary and transfer records offsite as needed
- Perform computer data entry of legal documents and filings
- Reliable and dependable
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Professional appearance, adherence to dress code

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
