Job Duties
Presents and tracks Employee Orientation for both new hires and annual orientations
Part of process and executing staff training. Provides counsel to department leaders on training delivery.
Maintains the RELIAS Learning Program, develops position specific curriculum, conducts follow up training and in-services.
Works in conjunction with the HR Director to support the Smith Career Advancement Program.
Develops and provides direct oversight for employee retention programming. Tracks data and makes appropriate operational recommendations.
Manages Worker’s Compensation Incidents/Accidents including supervising those on modified duty.
Manages Safety Program including site audits, job evaluations, training, and in-services.
Responsible for the management of Family Medical Leaves
Prepares reports and forms as directed by senior staff management using appropriate computer applications (I.E. Breakdown of orientation charges)
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2 years of experience in managing Worker's Compensation, FMLA, and training and development
