Job Description:
As a part-time Marketing Assistant/Listing Agent, you will support our marketing efforts by creating and implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media content, and coordinating promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to the success of a growing homebuilding company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and executing of marketing campaigns to promote our homes and communities.
- Help design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.
- Coordinate and support open houses, community events, and other promotional activities.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
- Assist in inputting and updating MLS listings.
Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
