You will lead a team of 2 creatives and several outside contractors in developing marketing campaigns and materials that engage clients and produce results. If you excel at juggling multiple priorities at once, this opportunity may be for you. Work from office job Monday through Friday required, no remote/hybrid schedule offered.

Responsibilities include:

• Develops strategic marketing campaigns for the aftermarket division.
• Manages the Creative Team – responsible for 2 to 3 direct reports and their creative content development including online catalogs, social media, video, digital marketing, web page design, info graphics, 3-D product animations, and more.
• Partners with other corporate Marketing and Sales teams in developing creative content, strategy and marketing campaigns.
• Develops guides and content for Smith & Loveless’ consumer-facing brand and product messaging.
• Works in partnership with MarCom Team to ensure synergy across product lines and sales channels.
• Makes creative assignments for the team and manages the workflow of the department to meet objectives and timelines, ability to juggle deadlines when necessary.
• Strong writing skills, comp development, and storyboard management.
• Strong graphic design eye for all forms of media.
• Knowledge and experience in digital marketing through MailChimp and Constant Contact, along with analysis of marketing results.
• Leads the creative approval process, ensuring all creative work is properly reviewed for brand guidelines and by internal contributors and meets all trademark and other requirements.

Skills Requirement:

• BS/BA – Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Graphic Design.
• 2 years of experience managing team.
• Development of marketing plan preferred, strong graphics background preferred.
• Adobe Creative Suite software, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, MailChimp, Constant Contact, provide portfolio.
