We value relationships built on trust, integrity and longevity. This position will be responsible for the sale of security services and customer account management in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on new and existing business
· Be obsessed with customer satisfaction
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
· Promote the company’s products/services addressing customer needs and objectives
· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
· Be data driven to provide accurate information
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Exceed sales targets and build long term relationships
Skills
· Proven working experience as a business development manager or sales executive
· Proven sales track record of over achievement
· Ability to meet new people and develop interest in business alliances
· Experienced in referral-based selling
· Ability to adapt, learn and grow
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
· Proficiency in English
· Market knowledge and the ability to expand it
· Communication and negotiation skills
· Desire to be the best and the energy to accomplish it
· Time management is a skill and planning build’s more time
