POSITION SUMMARY :
The General Manager is responsible for the overall operations of multiple restaurants. The GM develops and delegates localized initiatives to support meeting the metrics for growth in sales and cover counts.
They ensure the business is profitable through successfully developing and implementing strategies around staffing, associate development, effective scheduling, managing the beverage and labor costs, marketing, safety and sanitation, and demonstrating the mission and values to drive results and excellent service.
