Seeking a Construction Worker in Knoxville, TN.


Competitive salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 per year.

Join a team that values quality workmanship. Help create stunning outdoor spaces for clients. Looking for highly motivated individuals eager to learn and grow. Skilled subcontractors are needed for demolition and construction projects. Monday to Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays required.

Compensation:

$140,000 - $180,000

Responsibilities:

DETAILED PLANS WILL BE PROVIDED.


We are looking for a subcontractor who:

  • Has a great work ethic
  • The ability to read plans
  • The drive to complete large-scale projects on time and budget
  • Working as your boss. Provided you have your crew, you will need to be licensed and bonded. Proof of your COI and Bond will be required
Qualifications:
  • Good Stamina
  • Construction Experience
  • OSHA 10 Training Program
  • Driver's License
  • US Work Authorization
