Job Title: Head of Growth
Who you are: You are a proactive, communicative & driven sales leader that loves to build sales machines and drive growth in cool companies. You want a fast paced environment where you are the “person” to lead growth and have the flexibility to experiment and try new things to deliver results.
The Opportunity: You will lead growth for our client’s company creating a culture of outbound and relationship management at powersports dealerships across the country (think 4 wheelers & side by sides). You will work side by side with our CEO driving meaningful growth over the next 3 years.
We want a smart, hungry sales driven leader to build this sales machine from the ground up and get a chance to learn from the owners about business along the way.
Who We Are: We rebuild & remanufacture engines for ATVs and UTVs and sell them to powersports dealerships across the United States. We are a small and hard working team that believes in being straight shooters, being coachable and doing what we say we’re going to do. We don’t tolerate laziness. Results matter and are the easiest way to build trust and credibility in the organization. We give people the tools and room (no micromanaging) to be successful.
Compensation Range:
- Salary $100,000 - $125,000 depending on experience
- Performance Compensation – $100,000-$125,000 based on results
- On target compensation range $200,000 - $250,000 (salary performance experience level)
Location: Evansville, Indiana (may be negotiable for highly qualified candidates)
Work You’ll Do:
- Strategize, architect and manage the Go-To- Market strategy
- Grow the business 2.5X over the next 3 years
- Assess, train, hire and manage the sales team
- Own all sales efforts for the company and deliver feedback to the leadership team
- Create a culture of accountability - hit sales activities, hit sales targets, deliver on commitments
Must-haves in a Candidate:
- You get sh*t done and have the track record to prove it
- You are a player and a coach - you don’t ask your team to do things you aren’t doing alongside them
- Passion for entrepreneurship and growing small businesses
- You know how to build go-to-market strategies including outbounding
- You are an extreme owner. Accountability and high standards come second nature to you and your teams.
- Smarts and hard work. You don’t know everything but you’re smart enough to find people that do and learn from them.
- 3 year in sales leadership experience - huge bonus for sales experience in the powersports industry

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
