Job Overview: Provides administrative or project support to an assigned department.
Job Duties:
- Uses computer and department-specific software applications to provide administrative support.
- Enters data accurately, prepares reports, distributes information, contacts team members (and/or applicants), and provides information as needed.
- Answers incoming telephone calls and emails and refers to a proper team member if necessary
- Completes tasks for special projects assigned by the department using technology (data entry, developing spreadsheets or databases, creating reports or correspondence, etc.).
- Performs work requiring judgment and office knowledge in such matters as routing mail and telephone calls, scheduling appointments, making copies, and maintaining a functional file system.
- Files correspondence and distributes paperwork.
- Performs routine data entry and generates simple reports.
- Occasional Tasks including: special projects as directed by the department manager.

Experience
Required- Must be able to read and write English.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas in written and spoken English so others will understand.
- Proficiency in word-processing, spreadsheets, databases, and electronic mail software.
