SMX is looking for a highly motived Program Analyst to join our team to provide support to the Program Manager for the Marine Corps Systems Command Logistics Integrated Information Solutions (PM LI2S). You will join a team of highly driven, supportive, and skilled professionals engaged in lifecycle engineering support, operations support, and program management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Participate in meetings, technical reviews, program reviews, product assurance reviews, audits, test events, integrated product teams, technical interchange meetings, failure review boards, and management information meetings as required.
- Be an external liaison between the supporting program and outside contractors.
- Update/evaluate/implement existing program documentation and provide project support.
- Be an integral part of test bed development.
- Review of ICDs
- Work within JIRA to track tickets to completion
- Develop program materials, meeting minutes and action tracking based on data collection using Microsoft products (Word, Project, PowerPoint and Excel
Required Skills and Experience:
- Clearance required: Secret
- Associates degree or higher in business, data analytics, or other technical related fields
- 3 years of program support
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Proficient in MS Word, Project, and Excel
- Knowledge of schedule management (IMS)
- Familiarity with reviewing and editing technical documentation
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priority levels in support of the product manager
- Be able to cultivate and maintain professional relationships inside and outside the Program Office
