Smyth is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our Human Resources team supporting the organization, focused on Enterprise Recruitment & Benefits Administration.

Available shift: Monday-Friday, hybrid capabilities, some travel

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Create an engaging and positive work environment by delivering key elements of HR programs and processes, such as sourcing, selection, onboarding and integration of talent throughout Smyth
- Support and enable our benefit strategies across the organization, leveraging tools, technologies and communications to ensure our plans are competitive, cost effective, and meaningful to our employees
- Be an advocate to all employees, ensuring the team lives within Smyth’s guiding principles of integrity, positive workplace, operational excellence, creativity, and financial responsibility, maximizing the potential of all employees
- Proactive and engaging partner to ensure smooth facilitation of human resource programs and process, in support of business growth
- Be a partner to the EVP/CHRO and a peer leader within the HR team
The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Project management skills
Education, Experience, and Credentials
- High School degree or equivalent, 4-year degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-years in Human Resources, experience with benefits and talent acquisition
- Human Resources Certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing and print industry is preferred
- Experience in ADP WorkforceNow Preferred – Recruitment, Onboarding, Benefits, Analytics, etc.
- Travel required
