Client Executive, New Business Lines
To better serve our 47 million registered hourly workers and over 450,000 employer locations, Snagajob is looking for a Client Executive to grow Shifts, our innovative on-demand work platform bringing the gig-work revolution to hourly work. Client Executives work with existing Snagajob clients - some of the country’s most recognizable brands - to uncover opportunities for the Shifts platform that can further add value to their business.
In this highly entrepreneurial sales role, you will spend much of your time identifying high potential clients, getting to know their business, and becoming a trusted partner in their operations and HR strategies. Focused on mid-market and enterprise clients, Client Executives are responsible for securing customers to try Shifts and for growing their use over time.

What You’ll Get to Do

Identify growth opportunities and build your Shifts client pipeline
- Analyze your book of clients to identify high-potential opportunities for Shifts
- Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers using sales tools, creativity, and hustle
- Build a healthy and long-term pipeline

Close deals
- Apply solution selling approach to uncover, identity, and communicate customer pain points
- Leverage expertise in Shifts to position solutions
- Negotiate successfully with prospects to shorten the sales cycle and activate

Nurture and grow existing Shifts clients
- Develop and expand your relationships with customers
- Maintain a close pulse on your clients’ businesses and needs
- Partner with Account Managers to discuss client performance and identify opportunities for growth
What We’ll Expect
- Experience in a fast-paced, B2B tech sales environment, owning full life cycle of sale; experience in a marketplace business preferred. Restaurant operations knowledge a plus
- Natural ability to develop relationships across levels in an organization, from senior executives to individual contributors
- Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools required, Salesforce preferred
- Excellent communicator with an ability to influence and inspire others
- Excels working on highly-collaborative teams (we like to have fun together!)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, and desire to actively “test and iterate” sales approaches to get better, faster!
- Self-confident and resilient performer
- Some future travel between Snagajob offices and client sites
- Exceptionally strong organization and time management skills

At Snagajob, our commitment to being an equitable and inclusive employer is foundational to us, and we believe that pay transparency is a vital component of pay equity. In this role, you can expect to be paid a base salary in the range of $62,000 to $78,000, with an on-target variable of $55,000 to $65,000. Full time employees are also eligible for Snagajob's equity and benefits programs.
