As a Process Manager, you will be working collaboratively across departments to help build their internal process improvement capabilities and design improvement plans. You will also be responsible for designing and developing training programs to increase internal team capabilities for process improvement. The focus will be on introducing innovation into the process that drives results, enhance profitability, and assist the organization in meeting its business objectives and goals.
How you will contribute…
- You will build the Paybook for Snap Core Processes
- You will work with process owners and cross-functional teams to facilitate, develop, document, and measure end-to-end processes utilizing process improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques
- You will conduct an assessment of the current-state business processes, drive conversations to help teams establish better clarity of the issues and challenges, and promote lean thinking to achieve operational efficiency through variance reduction, waste elimination, and standardization
- You will work with business teams to prioritize and implement improvement opportunities
- You will collaborate with business teams to analyze the process health and quality metrics, and compliance and legal teams to build in control points and update department procedures and policies as needed
- You will monitor and measure the outcomes and benefits of post-process implementation to ensure the effectiveness of the improved process. Utilize your analytical skills to leverage insights generated to inform the direction of the business
- You will develop and continue to refine the Lean Champion Program to promote and scale the process improvement knowledge and methodologies
- You will continue to enhance the program as well as build and maintain relationships by engaging business owners to establish credibility and solve problems
How will you get here…
- You have 4 years of experience in business process excellence with a focus on continuous improvement and system thinking
- You have Lean Six Sigma certification (Green belt).
- You are well versed in the body of knowledge and successful deployment of Continuous Improvement initiatives including Lean Six Sigma DMAIC process, value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, RCA, Theory of Constraints
- You have a strong track record of operating independently, thinking analytically and systematically, and delivering results through stakeholder engagement and relationship building
- You have experience creating and delivering presentations to different levels of stakeholders including the senior leadership
- You are able to document and create flow charts utilizing web-based diagram charting tools
- You have Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent practice experience
Preferred Skills
The following additional skills would be favorable and contribute to the company as well as the position's overall success:
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt)
- PMP or ACP certification preferred
- 6 years of experience working in a global tech company or in the financial services industry, preferably in project/program management
