We’re looking for a Lead, Global Brand and Programs Marketing to join the Creative & Marketing team at Snap Inc! As a member of the Global Brand and Programs Marketing, you will support and execute marketing programs that amplify the Snapchat brand and value proposition through world-class creative. Working from the New York, NY or Chicago, Illinois office, you’ll collaborate with teams from our global offices around the world to launch and amplify our Integrated Marketing Programs. Your mission is to educate, inspire and ultimately help grow the revenue side of our business while simultaneously reinforcing growth initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional role working across multiple teams. We are looking for an experienced marketer with a self-starting attitude who has a proven track record of excelling in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What you’ll do: Contribute to the global marketing strategy to engage Snapchatters at scale and showcase how marquee brands use Snapchat to connect with their customers Deliver marketing programs that inspire our community and advertising clients Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels including paid media, web and social channels, marketing events, agency takeovers, and more. Manage the day-to-day execution of the Global Brand and Programs marketing plan and associated projects, assisting the Global Head of Brand and Programs Marketing in setting priorities and accomplishing assigned tasks in a timely manner Build strong working relationships with leaders across the Sales, Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, Global Brand Experience, and Marketing Science Teams. Work cross-functionally with the rest of the Creative & Marketing team to ensure we’re leveraging initiatives across markets and maximizing impact.. Contribute to briefs and partner with internal and external creative partners to design and launch campaigns Identify the right levers behind successful marketing content and iterate on those learnings Develop and maintain best-in-class collateral (e.g. emails, cases studies/success stories, presentation documents, multi-sheets) that support the campaign goals Manage quarterly priorities and content development life cycles to ensure timely delivery of material Monitor the competitive space, industry news and trends to understand marketplace opportunities Report on and analyze results, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend future campaign iterations to improve performance Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to engage all levels of the organization, with excellent relationship management abilities/strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues cross-functionally, and when to apply common sense Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment Excellent written and verbal skills, and a strong sense of professionalism Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Ability to effectively plan and manage projects for on-time delivery Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decision making and improve results Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials Experience thinking creatively, communicating and presenting to large groups Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Keynote presentation development experience 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or content strategy and development Preferred Qualifications Experience engaging at an executive level with cross-functional groups Experience presenting to senior executives Experience marketing digital learning management systems A passion for Snapchat and creativity! Compensation In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$190,000 annually. Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $124,000-$181,000 annually. Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $111,000-$162,000 annually.
