Assists the Engineering team with various manufacturing projects. We are looking to provide internship opportunities to skilled and high achieving engineering students. This is a great opportunity to broaden and gather hands-on experience with real-world engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Draft and Design simple fixtures in 3D CAD software
- General Process and Product issue resolution due to normal process variation
- Project implementation for new processes and new product launches
- Continuous improvement activities benefiting safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Qualifications
- Knowledge of automotive repair and familiarity with hand tools ispreferred but not required
- Candidates should be currently enrolled in a degree programfrom an accredited university pursuing a B.S. in MechanicalEngineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering orManufacturing Engineering
- Entering sophomore year of college or higher
