Immediate opening for a Technical Warranty and Support in Lowell, Ark who possesses:

• 1 year of technical experience preferred, but not required.
• Multimeter experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with DC voltage preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service skills (verbal and written) and ability to be on the phone with customers most of the day.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment, remain cool and collected, apply critical thinking principles, and remain flexible.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask on the phone and email while looking up system information.
• Expected to act promptly to report any rule violations, threats to workplace safety and security to your manager. Maintain confidentiality of all conversations, events, etc. that occur.
• To do your work in an enthusiastic and effective manner.
• Maintain a good working relationship with your co-workers and act as a positive role model. Exhibit patience with employees when assisting to solve their concerns, requests or questions.
• Ensure we provide a safe work environment.

• Valid Driver’s License
• Travel as needed.
• Passport or the ability to obtain one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Primary point of contact for customers with technical questions about our products or those needing warranty support.
• Assist customers via phone or email.
• Issue RMAs (Return Material Authorization) to Customers.
• Documenting tech calls using company software.
• Determining warranty eligibility based upon terms of warranty policy.
• Testing and/or repairs to RMA returns.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
