We are looking for a talented SupportSpecialist Electrician to join our team specializing introubleshooting assembling installing testing and maintainingelectrical systems using all necessary tools to keep equipmentavailable and capable for our location in Columbus IN.
Requirements :
- Troubleshoots assembles installs tests and maintainselectrical systems using all necessary tools to keep equipmentavailable and capable.
- Learns and understandsthe protocols of working safely with electricity and other energysources with industrial equipment.
- Performswork in accordance with diagrams sketches operation manuals andspecifications using various tools measuring and testinginstruments.
- Fully proficient in performingtroubleshooting electrical repairs and maintenance ofequipment.
- Conforms applicable codes andstandards to maintain install and operate electricalsystems.
- Participates actively with localTotal Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams in ways to improve qualitysafety process material flow and employee development.
- Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) Learns andunderstands the protocols of working safely with electricity andother energy sources with industrial equipment.
Stop work andimmediately report any workrelated injury illness incident orhazard.
Skill andExperience :
- High schooldiploma or certificate of completion of secondary education orequivalent experience to the extent such experience meetsapplicable regulations.
- Requires 6 years ofexperience OR an Associates degree with two to four years ofrelevant experience OR a Trade certificate with six years ofrelevant experience OR Department of Laborcertification.
- Knowledge of PLCs CNC ControlsServos Spindles and Microns (ultraprecision)
- Must be able to read blueprints / schematics.
