Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate at Sneakerology, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our products to our valued customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and helping them find their perfect pair of sneakers or streetwear outfit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers as they enter the store, providing excellent customer service at all times

- Assist customers in finding the perfect sneaker or streetwear item, based on their needs and preferences

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products in the store, including new releases, limited edition items, and vintage collections

- Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

- Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies

- Keep the store clean, organized and visually appealing at all times

- Proactively reach out to customers through in-store events and promotions to drive sales

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products to increase sales revenue

- Stay updated on industry and market trends, as well as competitors' product offerings, to provide customers with the best shopping experience

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the footwear or apparel industry

- Passion for sneakers and streetwear culture

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service and sales skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Team player mentality with a positive attitude

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

 Salary: $33.000 to $42,000 yearly

Working Conditions:

As a Sales Associate at Sneakerology, Inc., you will primarily be working in a retail store environment. This may include standing for long periods of time, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 25 pounds. You may also be required to work during the holiday season and special sales events.
