Snelling Personnel is recruiting a Marketing Manager for a successful, local company who has been doing international business for well over 100 years! Come work for one of Fort Smith's elite companies!!
This position is remote friendly, and could be performed with minimal days in the office (2-3 per months).
This individual will manage the company’s promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness, collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and define market trends, and participate in the rapid innovation, development, and delivery of marketing initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management and time management skills to coordinate numerous time-sensitive projects
- Sound technical skills for analyzing market metrics and trends
- Good interpersonal skills to work jointly within multi segments of the company
- Must be highly motivated and a positive team leader
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications is required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or advertising
- Individuals should also have solid experience in managing and leading SEO/SEM, social media, email and marketing database campaigns

Pay: $66,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
