Overview: Snug Harbor Rehabilitation & Recovery is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at our inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility. The Clinical Supervisor will play a vital role in providing leadership, guidance, and support to our clinical staff while ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. This position requires a strong background in substance abuse treatment, clinical supervision, and team management.

Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of counselors and support staff.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and support clinical staff through regular supervision, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the treatment team to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients, ensuring individualized care that aligns with Snug Harbor's philosophy and approaches.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the quality of clinical services provided, conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and Snug Harbor's policies.
  • Clinical Documentation: Oversee the maintenance of accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
  • Crisis Management: Provide guidance and support to clinical staff in managing crisis situations, including interventions and de-escalation techniques.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and disciplines within Snug Harbor to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions for patients.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field and 2 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency which includes 1 year of working directly with the chemically dependent.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, or other related field and 3 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency which includes 1 year of working directly with the chemically dependent.
  • Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities, including evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
  • Familiarity with state regulations and accreditation standards governing substance abuse treatment facilities in Pennsylvania.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
