Job Posting for Human Resources Consultant at Soarin Group
Soarin Group is an Information Technology and Human Resources consulting firm looking for someone who can help us grow our company and the companies we serve. Soarin Group is looking for an HR Generalist. This unique position would assist with the daily administrative and human resources functions of Soarin Group as well as support multiple client's objectives with the people side of their business. The candidate for this position must be flexible, adaptable and willing to perform a variety of administrative and consultative functions including including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The candidate should also be able to advise on compliance issues, best practices and strategic organizational planning.
What you would be doing:
Initiating and leading human resource programs and projects
Conducting research through various methods to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
Providing advice and recommendations to HR personnel and company leadership for resolution of issues
Support human resources processes by scheduling appointments, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.
Review and proof documentation for editorial purposes and legal compliance.
Submit data reports by assembling, preparing and analyzing data.
Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status change data.
Assists in designing and implementing processes and procedures designed to improve employee welfare for both Soarin Group and clients.
Maintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure work is being completed and company is moving forward.
Process payroll for a variety of companies using multiple different platforms.
Create job descriptions and employee handbooks.
Assist with recruiting for multiple companies in multiple states.
Manage projected hours and goals.

Prior experience is human resource role preferred
Familiarity with various HRIS and payroll systems a plus
