We are looking for a full-time Member Service Coordinator here at Kalea Bay Club.
The Club at Kalea Bay is a private club in Naples Florida that offers five-star resort features, including pools, tennis and pickleball courts, wellness center, cottages, and two restaurants : Salt & Oak and the Driftwood Café.
The member service coordinator is responsible for maintaining the administrative organization and effectiveness of the Club by providing excellent customer service to our Residents and Guests;
working on special projects as assigned and serving as a liaison to all operational departments.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned) :
- Handle incoming calls and other communications, greet members and visitors, and liaise with facility management, vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services
- Process reservations for guest accommodations in a timely manner consistent with the Club's membership plan.
- Member engagement and assisting in the club’s social events, scheduling & booking, weekends and holidays.
- Order office supplies, maintain the office conditions and arrange necessary repairs, coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment.
- Provide general administrative support to employees and management team and ensure all items are invoiced and paid on time.
- Support management and staff with JONAS inquiries and maintain the membership database and its corresponding data entry projects.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years of related experience as a Member Service Coordinator or Administrative Assistant
- JONAS and JAM Club Software are preferred.
- Able to work the following hours : 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM Wednesday - Sunday and Holidays (except Christmas)
