A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN HVAC TRAINING SUPERVISOR
The HVAC Training Supervisor is responsible for the assessment of new hires, and the continued education of our HVAC trade staff, in both installation and service. This role is critical in ensuring quality products and 5-Star service is delivered on every call.
As an experienced HVAC Trainer, you know how to ensure and maintain quality standards. You may ride along with field personnel to gage their work experience. Understanding the technical strengths and weaknesses of all service technicians on your team, you ensure talents are applied appropriately. You develop structured training to improve technician competency with both in the field and in the shop training. You are always an approachable and helpful team lead because your goal is to lead everyone to success!
In an effort to cultivate an open, honest, team-oriented, healthy, and vital work culture, you are proactive about looking for ways to improve. As the department lead, you are constantly looking for ways to create and maintain a team approach within your department. FIELD SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS
- Trade instruction experience, minimum of 5 years or combined management experience
- Experience with both service and installation
- Journeyman or Masters in HVAC
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
