Coach/Program Associate
Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. The Program Associate .Coach is a full time, hands on, entry level position with a primary focus on delivering a quality program to children throughout Connecticut, promoting Soccer Shots, and customer/account management.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Passion for soccer and positively impacting youth players
- Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License or State ID
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Microsoft capability
- Self starter
- Great sense of humor
GENERAL HOURS:
*Flexible Schedule based on season peaks

*Some evenings and weekends are required
*Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am-12:00pm
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Safely manage a class of up to 12-14 children

- Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
- Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
- Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
- Customer/Account management, marketing flyers
- Go home knowing you made a difference
- This position requires extensive driving in and around Central CT. Will be required to drive to multiple sites during the week and on weekends to coach sessions and to fulfill other duties.
