No experience working with Autism or in Applied Behavior Analysis? No worries! We provide all training on site and you will be supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), who will ensure you are set up for success.

Responsibilities:
As an RBT, your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. You will play a vital role in implementing individualized behavior intervention programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Willing to obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to interact with children on their level and build a positive rapport.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- CPR certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with children with developmental disabilities.
- A commitment to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
